Damages and Issues
- If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- Please email foreverseesaw@gmail.com with the subject 'Order Issues ####' and include your order number, name, and the reason for the issue. In addition, please include photos if the item was damaged.
Exchanges
- Exchanges for apparel items are allowed. Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of exchanged items.
- For incorrect items: please email foreverseesaw@gmail.com and we will send a return label for the incorrect item. Once the incorrect item is returned, we will ship the correct item to you. Please understand we are a small business (yes, it's the same person running everything for the past seven years still) and can sometimes make mistakes.
Refunds
- All sales are final. Please review our terms of service.
Missing Packages and Returned Packages
- Missing Packages: If your package does not arrive, please contact us via email (foreverseesaw@gmail.com) and we will do our best to resolve your missing package. Once a package goes to the shipping center, we have no control over the packages, but we will do our best to assist you in interacting with the carriers:
- For domestic packages: We will contact the carrier and proceed through their missing package processes. We are only able to assist with opening the case, there is no resolution guaranteed.
- For international packages: please email us for further resolutions.
- Some additional notes regarding missing packages:
Please contact your post office if your package is lost before reaching out via email. There is a one to two week grace period in which your package inquiry will be looked into as it may eventually be delivered.
Tracking Number says delivered, but there isn't a package?
As mentioned above, please contact your local post office. Often times, couriers will scan packages as delivered and then drop them off at a later date. In addition, please check with your friends, family, and/or neighbors in case they may have picked up your package instead.
- Returned Packages: If your package is returned, you must send an additional shipping fee as we are not responsible for address issues. All communication with delivery services must be through the buyer unless the delivery service states that the sender must be involved.
